    All meals at the hotel were excellent and served by friendly staff. Room was very spacious and had all the requisite technologies and features. Would stay there again.

    Location and staff. But there is plenty more hotels in this area with the same and more. Cheaper.

    Fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel, perfectly situated within walking distances of loads of beautiful temples, both the Mekong and the Nam khan rivers and the National museum/royal palace. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful Room was spotless and bed was really comfortable Breakfast was delicious

    While traveling and working in Asia for three decades, I never rated hotels. But 3 Nagas Hotel must be an exception. In my eyes it is the uniquest boutique hotel in the region. By arriving I was a bit disappointed that there is no pool. But I had to learn, no pools allowed in down-town Luang Prabang due to UNESCO-rules . However, the arrangement being able to swim at the near-by (10 min tuktuk-drive) Sofitel sister-hotel is a real plus! (25 m pool) Outstanding management. Perfect breakfast and very, very nice staff. Mr. Souk was superb! Good value for money. Great stay!

    We had the best room in the hotel - it was massive. We were upgraded and what a room. The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly. The breakfasts are great. Loved the early morning when the Monks came past our hotel for their offerings - that was a very special moment for us. And riding the elephants and washing them in the Mekong River - a moment I will never forget for the rest of my life. I want to return very very soon.

    Excellent location. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was nice having a little terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast on the first two days was fine.
