    All the staff were wonderful from the reception staff to the room service staff and restaurant staff as well as the security, the engineer, and the pool supervisor. They are really accommodating and make you feel like you are at home. I really appreciate their professionalism and wonderful conduct. I am sorry I have forgot the names but believe me all are wonderful.

    The location is so good, near almost everything, And the hotel makes you feel so comfy as if you are at home. I liked the furniture style, looks very modern.

    indoor pool was a plus for the kids due to the summer. for outdoor pool access was a 200 mts walk to the act hotel
