    Breakfast was excellent. Room, including bathroom, was huge. Loved the balcony and roof-top bar and proximity to restaurants, shops and sightseeing locations.

    Lovely old building and a spacious room. Friendly, warm staff. Everything was clean and comfortable and the restaurant food was good. We also found the location and the river view excellent. Walking distance to the Palace.

    The hotel is in a great location. Right on the River Road close to many shops, restaurants, temples and the Grand Palace. Most of the rooms have a nice view of the river. The rooms are quite large, like a junior suite with separate sitting area and a balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed here 3 years ago and will probably return next time I am in PP.

    The hotel has an excellent location in between Wat Phnom Penh and the Royal Palace. My room had a great view, with the river on one side and Wat Ounalom on the other. The staff is friendly and helpful. They had arranged my airport transfer, which worked fine despite my delayed arrival. The hotel is stylishly decorated. A good breakfast is served at the KWest restaurant.

    This is a great place to stay. Location, staff, food, room all excellent. Plus you have their Moon bar on the roof with an excellent drinks menu and a great location to spend an evening. I had been able to upgrade my room a few days beforehand, had an excellent suite, could not fault it. Traditional colonial style, lovely room.

    The room was not clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. Mosquitos were inside our room even though we didn’t open the balcony door. Very disappointing for the cost of the room.

    The location is superb on the esplanade and all rooms have good view. Very close to all the sights, the royal palace is within walking distance. Many local eateries just minutes away. Breakfast was particularly good.
