    I liked the service, it was clean, although there's construction at the moment- it wasn't loud or an inconvenience at all. Breakfast was amazing!! Hotel staff - concierge, free shuttle service and wait staff was swift and attentive with our daily requests.

    Free airport pick up and drop off. Staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. You may rent a bicycle from gone hotel for free too. Room is very clean and spacious. It’s around 15-20mins to city by Cycling, or u can ask for free shuttle from the hotel as they provide pick up and drop off service to city area too.

    The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They had a beautiful detail with my son whose birthday was on one of the days that we stayed there. The rooms are very large and clean. The buffet was very good.

    The staff were amazing, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 8 nights in total and can’t fault the experience. Staff helped us book transport to the Kuangsi waterfall and our onward journey to Vang Vieng. The room was very large with a beautiful bathroom and cosy balcony. It’s out of town but the hotel’s minibus is convenient. And it’s only a 10 minute walk to the amazing Ock Pop Tok which is a must visit.

    A bit far away from the tourist center , but very good transfer to that place and to and from the airport Staff very good, helpful, Rooms with good size, quiet Stayed on second floor , with pool view , very good !!! Breakfast with good asian morning food ... Besides dragon fruit fantastic

    Lovely staff, great breakfast, free shuttle to and from city center, very good cocktails and soul. Bed very comfortabel. We really enjoyed our stay and Luang Prabang!
