    Very good breakfast! Beautiful area with a lot of interesting history (and a bird living in the garden.) It was nice to walk to the town - it was possibility to choose a part of the way through a beautiful forest or through the park, if we did not want to go all the way on the road (which was alright too). The hotel had bikes - it was easy to go and see Haarlem and surroundings. We took also train / bus at Haarlem Station, visited several towns, villages. (We bought a travel ticket at the station - it was the easiest/cheapest way to travel in several vehicles).

    location was enough out of the centre that it was quiet in the evening yet a short pleasant walk into Haarlem centre, The small breakfast offered was just enough to get us started in the morning and the host tailored mine as per request. host was friendly and diligent. on site parking is an added bonus

    The room was modern, luxurious and comfortable with plenty of space for a seating area and a dining table. I loved it. The door led directly into a garden with a historic statue of Daphne and Apollo and an antique tea house. There is also a private seating area for the room there. The house and land have a lot of history and intriguing atmosphere. The owner and host brings breakfast to the room if you would like, and is happy to talk about the history of the area and the house. Fascinating. There is also some good printed information in the room, as well as restaurant suggestions.

    The suite was really nice and spacious. The bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the large bathtub and the shower. You have a nice view from the room to the garden and even a little terrace, which is a nice plus in summer.

    ¡Una de las habitaciones más bonitas en las que he dormido! Cama enorme y cómoda. Una bonita bañera suficientemente grande para dos. Buen desayuno servido en la habitación. Anfitrión amable. Gran vista.
