    The staff are very kind, friendly and nice. They are all young and speak pretty good English. Though we had some difficulty in communicating with taxi drivers, (drivers don’t speak English at all in Beijing.), hotel staff helped us a lot. The location was very convenient for dinner, shopping, and going out for sightseeing spots. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, a lot of variation, a lot of healthy stuff, and we appreciated the staffs’ warm hospitality. If I come back to Beijing someday, I’d love to stay here again.

    Absolutely spectacular. Just perfect good taste on every detail. And on top of that Chao Hotel had a wonderful modern art exhibition in its basement, including none other than Marina Abramovic & Ulay, Yoko Ono, Joseph Beuys, K Foundation, Banksy, Jenny Holzer, Allan Kaprow, etc.

    The staff were very friendly and always did their best to help us which was appreciated. The rooms were a generous size and free mini bar. Modern facilities. Decor of the hotel. Breakfast was great. 5 minutes walk to the shopping areas and choice of great restaurants. Jazz/ musical performances each night were exceptional. Taxi service arranged for us from the airport was high quality.

    The hotel decor and vibe is very trendy, staff are great and the breakfast was really delicious with multiple options and different cuisines to choose from. The bed is also extremely comfortable! As for location, the hotel is centrally located in Sanlitun with Sanlitun village mall just across the street and there were many restaurants and bars all around the area. The staff at check-in and at the breakfast are really helpful and the overall service in the hotel is immaculate.

    Surprised by the "Buffet on the table" breakfast, where I could choose three different types of meals with small trays of appetizer dishes. The room was clean and cozy with an open view of the city. Love the eco-design of the slippers, soaps and everything.

    I like the room and its facility very much. The size of the room was large, airy and everything in there is ultra modern, luxurious and well appointed. I particularly like the comfortable bed and the fact that the use of the minibar is complementary. The view from the room overlooking the city skyline is beautiful, and the shower is superb. The hotel is very close to a huge shopping center.
