It’s a nice clean apartment. It’s good if you have a car as Uber and taxi are not cheap in Dubrovnik. Only Gulez port is walking distance there is a bakery and supermarket close by and few restaurants at walking distance. After check out property stored our luggage for us and let us stay for 1 hour longer.

The apartment was great! It was new, comfortable, clean, and the staff was really kind. We thank’s to Joseph and Rosita who gave us a lot of information about the city. The position was really good, near the end bakery and shops, and near the bus stop to go to the beach or in the Old City in a few minutes. Really great!

I stayed in the 2 bedroom appartment together with my wife and our daughter. The residence was very clean and modern. Our appartment had a large balcony with adjustable sun protection, perfect for dining outside rain or shine. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a toilet in the bathroom and an additional separate toilet, which can be a great benefit whenever the ladies occupy the shower a bit longer than expected ;-) The living room and both bedrooms offer air conditioning. Parking is available right in front of the residence on request. Rosita is a charming and helpful host. A maintenance gentleman was on-site everyday, who changed towels and took out the garbage daily. Great service! A parrot named "Jaques" is a funny housemate, who talks, imitates car horns, and meows whenever cats prowl in the environment. Perfect location to explore Dubrovnik: bus stop, bakery, supermarket, cash machine, and a nice restaurant are just around the corner.

New apartment in great position, clean and with everything you need every day. You can walk 2 km or less or take the bus, there are markets and bakeries and all the services are working fine inside the apartment. We stayed here one week and we were very satisfied. We would book again as well.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed. Very comfortable for family of 4 to 5 people in 2 bedroom apartment and 2 toilets. Can relax comfortably in living room. Convenient parking right in front of the apartment. Easy access to Tommy Supermarket, bakery and food Stalls.
