    Location is excellent, very near to many shopping areas. Hotel provides free snack at night from 8pm onwards. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

    Staff are trying to do at their best but honestly is not enough. Breakfast just forget it. Better not serving it instead. Neighbouring some smelly and noisy, not a great area indeed.

    Walking distance to metro station about 200-300 meters. Only 3-4 stations away fr famous Beijing Road shopping area, with RMB$2/head for 1 way. About 600 meters from nearby shopping area. Helpful staffs for local info and taxi arrangement.

    After two weeks of travelling through Mainland China, the City Note Hotel was a welcomed bright spot in the trip. Great little hotel, the location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. The hotel manager Cici was amazing. Although we never expect anyone to speak our language when we are travelling internationally it was a nice and pleasant surprise that Cici spoke fluent English. She was really helpful giving us tips on where to eat and shop and called taxis and gave them instructions. She even had us contact her when we were ready to be picked up and she had a car sent for us. Our Didi app wasn’t working so it was very nice of her to help us out. Our room was small but perfectly designed and the breakfast was great, lots of options.
