    Great hotel,wonderful service, amazing pool. Had a mishap with the taxi ordered by the hotel, missed my flight because of it. The hotel staff took the problem seriously and upgraded my room to a wonderful suite and were amazing about everything. Even though it was not their fault. Sometimes you see the quality of service not when everything goes right but when some problem happens. Crowne Plaza Lido showed what true service can be. Highly recommended. And thank you to all the wonderful staff there. Maxim

    50 m pool is very nice but many coaches for kids swimmers wee noisy

    location, is walking distance to metro station,also 30 mins to Beijing Int.airport. Staff are very helpful.

    -Location was ideal, especially for going to the Beijing exhibition center (new venue) and close to the airport. -Good infrastructure -Nice personnell with good english skills -Really good and large breakfast buffett -Nice rooms and comfy beds

    Tenía una distribución encantadora, la comida era abundante y agradable, las habitaciones eran amplias y con una gran vista desde arriba. El gimnasio estaba super y la piscina sin duda era la mejor que he visto en un hotel...el personal todos eran super amables y como ubicación para llegar a todos lados, estaba bueno...
