    el personal fue muy simpático y profesional en todo momento. creo que fue excelente , un 10. Recepcionistas y personal del hotel sobresaliente . Desayuno excelente y abundante donde no te falta nunca de nada. Comidas en el restaurante excelentes y todo muy bueno. Las instalaciones y la piscina muy bonitas y muy bien cuidados.

    The staff were very, very helpful and friendly, concerned that I had a god stay and going out of their way to ensure I was safe and comfortable when travelling around. It is well located and planning to return with my spouse in the near future

    Very beautiful garden and swimming pool, hotel staff is very friendly. Free shuttle bus service is very good.

    The staff were typical of Lao people. They were so lovely and so helpful all the time. Big love to all those lovely helpful staff

    The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. Pool area was nice but the pool bar was not open

    Liked the swimming pool but could do with some cushions on the chairs. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

    The reception desk were always able to help. They provided transport from the hotel to the bus station at the times that suited me. The hotel was nice and spacious, it always looked cleaned and my room was made every day. Tea and coffee were provided for the room. I was looking forward to using the pool, but became ill and couldn't. The bed was super comfy and I liked that in the bathroom there were two different shower heads. They were also very high up compared to many other places in Thailand where they are generally a lot lower. Breakfast was adequate. Continental with hot items and thai food were available.

    La suite era grande y cómoda, muy limpia y ordenada. El personal muy educado y servicial pero uno se siente que están nadando un poco contra la marea.

    La piscina y los jardines eran increíbles. El hotel se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la embajada tailandesa (con fines de VISA) y del mercado nocturno.
