    We had a really great time at this Place :) The staff is really helpful and friendly. The place is good located and the very clean. Would come back every time :) Really recommendable!

    Good location with a nice balcony outside. Beds were uncomfortable and the room wasn’t with the proper cleanliness or smell (cockroach visit and used condom package on the floor). We stayed 2 days and didn’t change the towels. Breakfast was okay. Although the staff was helpful and provided us transportation for the airport for 5€ (2 people)

    The guesthouse is located right along the Mekong river.. the night market and other hotspots are at a walkable distance.. Mr. Pai is an extremely hospitable hotel staff who puts you at ease!

    Everything! The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was upgraded for us free of charge due to a misunderstanding we had about having a balcony so we got a shared one upstairs and a double bed too. The bed, bedding and pillows were all super comfortable, the air con was great and the bathroom was also really great. They provided free soap, toilet roll and toothbrushes and also clean towels whenever you like. Breakfast was a great bonus of coffee and toast. They offer to make you eggs but we don't eat them.

    the location is very good near night market, morning market and mekong river. room is nice and quiet.

    Location was ideal - right in front of the Mekong and in walking distance of the Wats and night market. Staff were super friendly. Room was functional and v clean.
