The staffs were polite, friendly and helpful and the room is nice -

The staff were amazing, in particular the main gentleman and lady at the reception desk. Their English is very good and they were extremely hospitable and kind. Went out of their way to provide amazing service. My tv wasn’t working so they swapped my room straight away. Bed and rooms were very comfortable, quiet and luxurious. -
