    This was the 2nd time staying at the hotel as the 1st stay was great. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is amazing and was the main reason for returning. Location is also good with many local bars and restaurants close by. Only a short tuk tuk to the waterfront. Staff are also great.

    The property was in the centre of all the tourist locations. Close to all the shopping malls. Close to day and night markets

    The staff at the concierge were actually interested in trying to make sure our stay was good. They opened doors for us, responded to queries when asked (though their English wasn't great, so much explaining/gesturing was required).

    I like the location of the hotel is nearby many resturants and cafes you dont need to work a lot to reach them. The staff was very good andnice.

    No towel, used plates are outside the room since we came, the room smells bad not totally cleaned, staff during breakfast aren't professional he keeps looking at our food and cleaned the table while we're still eating. In a restaurant, it's an ethic to wait for the guest to finish eating before clearing the table.

    Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast - incredible that they can include such a good breakfast for the price they ask. The room was really spacious, good bed, friendly staff. Close to some really nice restaurants
