    The location (literally inside the zoo) and the staff are great. The Yemeni restaurant is a must in your to do list. Quite easy to access even without a GPS and fairly priced during low-mid season. Adapted for families / babies. A special thanks to the team in the breakfast restaurant (even though the food was not wow).

    Everything was AWESOME, Location, Reception, extra (tickets, swiming pool), Staff was VERY good always ready to help. The girl (I dont remember the name) helped a lot in arranging extras.

    Great value for your money. We all enjoyed the zoo as a whole, by far the best zoo we visited in UAE. For the room, there were some faulty spot but reception and maintenance are very attentive and promptly attends to our complaints so we really appreciate that, that is why we really did enjoy celebrating my toddler's bday at your hotel. We will definitely come back.

    Interesting being located in a zoo so it's good for families with children. Rooms were large and comfortable and well laid out. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

    Location, environment and ambience...its is really good place spend time with children. If you can make play area inside the resort for kids.... that will be a great.
