    The hotel staff were AMAZING and made our stay a great experience. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond our expectations for service. We also loved the restaurant as it was convenient to use with our young family. The food at the restaurant was 5 star quality (best food we ate in Cambodia) and the service was quick. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large giving our family lots of space. The beds were very comfortable- we slept better than we do at home. We loved this place so much we’ve recommended them to everyone we’ve spoken to.

    The room is clean with well maintain and the bathroom space design is just very fine and comfortable separated. I love their breakfast too...don’t forget to have a drink at sky bar 15 floors of hotel , you will be amazed.

    Feliz Urban were very welcoming when my family of 8 arrived for check in the evening. Our luggage was brought up to our hotel and we had dinner on our very last day at the rooftop /sky bar - the view was amazing and worth while chilling here. The rooms were very clean, spacious, modern and all were stocked up with the amenities you need. There was a large bathtub and double shower and overall an amazing and very comfortable place to relax for a couple of days. It was a 4 min tuk tuk ride to the Aeon mall, with some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. I would highly recommend for visitors in Phnom Penh to stay here for a relaxing stay. Upon check out, we were farewelled by the staff and given complementary cambodian scarves as a gift for each and everyone for our family which was a nice gesture.
