    Vivian was AMAZING! We had an incident while we were in Beijing (not from our time at this hotel) that required us to get a police report. Vivian really went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress free as possible...even accompanying us to the station and translating. What a fantastic asset she is to the company! Beds were comfortable, rooms were well appointed, breakfast was delicious. I really can’t rate this hotel more highly.

    The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very friendly. We were upgraded to the executive floor and thus our room exceeded our expectations.

    Hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, bars and the subway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the AC was very good

    The location is great and right at the center of Beijing and close to the true vibe and culture of Beijing. Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good eateries close by. Another big plus is the hutongs are walking distance for a closer peek into old Beijing. Metro station is about 500 meters.

    Excellent location, bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, house keeping staff were friendly, polite and thorough with his work.

    Location location location! 15min walking distance to Guijie. Lovely brewing pubs are around the hotel (Slowboat, Peiping machine). Breakfast was OK.
