    Location very convenient. Within walking distance from the airport shuttle terminal. I arrived very late in the night so it was extremely convenient for me.

    I loved this place! It's very comfortable and hygienic, but above all, the staff really go the extra mile for their guests. They helped me find the passport back that I lost at the airport, so I wasn't stuck in Xi'an without a way to get home. I'm so thankful they helped me!

    The location is good, you can walk to westlake in 15 to 20 minutes. Subway and busstation not too far away. Even though the employees don't speak English, they are very friendly and always smile when you're coming into the lounge.

    The hostel has a good location. It is within a 5 minutes walk from Wulinmen metro station and also very close to the shuttle bus to Hangzhou airport

    Beds are comfortable with nice and warm blankets. Location is very nice, close to the subway and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There are almost no foreigners - which may sound negative, but we thought it to be somewhat positive, because we could meet some Chinese youngsters that actually live in the hostel and it was fun. (PLEASE: also read what we didn't like about this place)

    It is central in Hangzhou with an unbeatable price, but keep in mind it is a youth hostel and not a hotel. The staff even speaks English, at least those I had contact with. Good opportunity to get in contact with Chinese.
