    Hotel situated close to the West lake and other great shopping locations. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a first time traveler.

    The location is perfect. There are banks, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need closed by. The West Lake is in a walkable distance.

    This is my first visit to Hangzhou and stayed 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. Great location next to the Westlake and the Wushan night market. So thankful to Guest relation officer Lucy Ye (Guest relation manger) who assisted me with my itinerary on places of interest, shopping, eateries and even booking of shows, which I greatly appreciate. Many thanks to Lucy also for the upgrading of my room due to some inconvinence. Also like to thank all the concierge staff for their great service . This trip has been memorable. Greatly appreciate all the staff for their excellent spirit.

    Very clean and very new. Worth for the price. Location wise is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially one of their staff which can speaks English and trying to help me out with public transportation and tourist spots.

    The staff was welcoming, the ladies who cleaned the rooms were too. The beds are comfortable, there was a pleasant smell in the room. Bathroom things like toothbrush were very good.
