    Martin, el dueño, es lo mejor. Nos quedamos allí solo una noche y nos ayudó en absolutamente todo durante el viaje (organizar excursiones, transporte desde el aeropuerto, billetes de tren...). El hotel está muy céntrico, las habitaciones muy completas y limpias. En resumen, una perfecta opción para dormir en Hanoi.

    Excellent location, extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to help you with anything you need..organising tours, laundry, local tips and good places to eat. Martin speaks amazing English and made our stay in Hanoi so fantastic. He can help with anything and we are so grateful to him for his help during our four night stay. The rooms are clean, wifi is excellent and the shower is so hot and powerful. Yummy breakfast too. Would definitely recommend staying here. Right in heart of old quarter and easy walk to all the great sights.

    Location of hotel and food around the area. Shower pressure was very good. Speak to Martin if you need help as the rest of friendly staff spoke little English.

    Martin was an amazing host! He was very welcoming and assisted us with a private car transfer waiting at the airport for us upon arrival! It was my moms first time in Vietnam and she expressed her comfortability with staying here for her first time ever in Vietnam. Also, the location couldnt have been better! Martin went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and comfortable. When we came back to Hanoi, unexpectedly we had another night and came right back to Hanoi Hanvet. Unfortunately, they were booked but he arranged another lovely hotel down the street for us. Thanks so much! We hope to be back soon. :)

    Very nice room in great location for reasonable price. Martin was very helpfull and recommended us good places and good additional services as lundry or transport to sapa.

    The hotel manager Martin is more or less the face of the hotel. He is very polite and service-oriented, speaks fluent English and can recommend the best-fitting tours around Hanoi (he also saved us some money). Try the Banh Mi delivered by his friend's restaurant. Breakfast was tasty, location was perfect.

    Location Friendly Accommodating Amazing shower and the room was spectacular. The best hotel we stayed during our trip to Vietnam compared with similarly priced hotels. Staff gave first class service.

    Staff is very welcome and helpful. It is close to everything, the night market and the lake. Place is clean and comfortable! The water pressure is high and the bed is comfortable.
