    · Their service is excellent , really feel welcomed by the staff.Hotel location amazing and have good view, staff very friendly and helpful, specially Ms. Ruby receptionist She arrange some tour for us, Check in and check out was easy , the breakfast is really good and sure I will stay only on this hotel whenever I arrive to Hanoi. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

    Great localization, it's close to almost every important places in Hanoi. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Personel was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and pretty, it was a pleasure to stay there. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we recommend everyone to stay here. :)

    We have liked the view from the room to the Hoan Kiếm lake on 6th and 8th floor. From the breakfast restaurant on 10th floor we have had a view from the whole city old and new parts. Perfect. Room is clean and well accommodated. Personnel is very helpful and friendly, eg very good service and recommendation from Ruby, nice reception lady. And so are the other personnel and owner family
