    The biggest bed I have been in my life, almost 3 meters wide!!! Very comfortable, slept like an angel :) All amenities available, amazing restroom, great breakfast. Near the MTR station, very convenient and easy access through the flyover.

    The location was very convenient. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was good, with great amenities and comfortable ambient. Check-in process was swift and staff at the counter knew well my needs and requirements.

    The lady who checked me upstairs in the executive area was excellent,very friendly and helpful and even upgraded my room which made my stay very special. She also took the trouble to come and say hello when I was having breakfast the next day. I also had very good attention and service from Sam the assistant manager who was friendly and helpful with planning and guiding my day and providing clear instructions for getting around.

    A big Thank You to the Front Desk Daniel Xu, Terry Lin and Concierge Jonus. Thank you boys for your help during my stay, especially when I encountered some problems. When I checked out I left behind passports in the safe. I called the hotel on my way to the airport, your costumer service lady helped me to get the passports collected from the safe and handed them over to the concierge. Very appreciated your help.

    The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I had to extend my stay and I did the booking online, to avoid hassle I requested to stay at the same room, the staff quickly attended to my needs without hassle. Awesome service
