    The staff were amazing... so friendly! The hotel is 5 minutes walk from night life and eating places. Room was clean and nicely decorated and air conditioned with a balcony.... and the food was great.

    Conveniently located Very clean Staff are exemplary Mr Lama goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and is very helpful. Seriously consider this place when staying in nepal.

    Service was fantastic - the team made me feel welcome from the time I made the booking up till I checked out. Room was cosy and comfortable with sufficient amenities. Great location as it is within Thamel's main commercial area.

    Basically we enjoyed everything. The rooftop is pleasant, the breakfast has good options, the menu has many options, the staff is very friendly, the room is good, the AC works very well. BJ was very helpful and even escorted us to a store to buy a last minute gift.

    The hotel is very clean and central. We want to highlight the attention of all workers because it has been incredible. We are very grateful for how you have treated us. Bijay, manager, has helped us a lot to organize the visits to Kathmandu and helped us in some emergency in Bakhtapur :)! So we are very grateful. Hotel totally recommended if you plan to spend a few days in Kathmandu. Greetings to all workers. Natalia and Javi :)

    Bejay and his team were wonderful, we were looked after from the moment we arrived picked up from the airport which was great, and the hotel was right next to Thamel about 200m walk, the roof has an excellent view over the city which we enjoyed white eating our breakfast each morning, Bejay worked out best places to visit and provided a great driver, Deepak looked after us for our short visit and got us to all the right places safely, a great short break thank you😀 we'll be back

    Amazing staff, went out of their way to help us with everything! This is a very new hotel, clean and beautiful, big room (suite), with very nice bathroom, and nice terrace on the top of the building with amazing views, where breakfast is served in the morning.

    Hotel is new. Rooms are nice, clean, well lighted and spacious. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and to chill out at night. But the best part was really the people running the place. When you have a flight out of KTM at 10pm, the best thing anyone can ask for is to have a late check out, just so that u can rest and refresh yourself before the flight. The hotel manager Bijay is able to relate to these basic needs of a traveller, and he went out of his way to make our stay a truly comfortable and memorable one. It was a pity we ended our Nepal trip at Himalaya Ghar. Had we stayed here on the 1st day, we would have made tour bookings and transport arrangements with Bijay as well.

    I highly appreciate the proactive communication, helpfulness and customer orientation of the hotel’s staff! The hotel manager and his colleagues are extremely friendly and are providing customer service way beyond 5 star facility! The hotel is new, super clean and quite. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the panoramic roof top restaurant with various a la carte options, the quality of food was really good, amount wise we could never finish all the food served, the service at the restaurant is exceptional!

    The staff and the location. The hotel was answering all question previos to my arrival and support me in booking tours around the city. It was a personalized service that i appreciate so much. People in the hotel very very kind and doing great effort to make you feel confortable. Room very comfortable. Breakfast very good. i would stay again in the hotel.
