    Buenas,el hotel está a 10’ del centro andando con parking propio gratis ,y la Habitación espaciosa ,todo muy bien

    Really helpful and nice staff. The hotel was clean, nicely furnished. Breakfast could concur to 5* hotel breakfasts. Honestly, I haven`t expected this level of accommodation. Well done!!!

    I did not expect the room to be so spacious and nicely furnished. I have seen 4* hotels which were worst so 3* hotel Crystal was a very nice surprise.

    Impeccably clean. Modern facilities, it's also a business hotel after all. Parking available if you are traveling by car. Easy to reach from station by bus. Pleasant walk to old city in good weather. Wide variety of breakfast items available. Strong WiFi.

    Special thanks to receptionist Zuzana Makova who was able to attend us very well and give us excellent advice about the City and more. As it is a city where not everyone speaks English having someone to help in a friendly and spontaneous way is a very positive point. The hotel has a bus line next to it. Hotel where I came a few days before starting university and they knew how to give advice on where to go and even called by phone in Slovak for us when they did not speak English. Good security we need to use magnetic cards twice, once on the floor where our room and the room are.

    Everything was fine, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, wide range of food, the room was clean and comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room, very comfortable bed. Good size of shower and bathroom in general. Positive thing was definitely a balcony as well, even when we are not smokers it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening. Some evening were hot and even though the room didn't have air-conditioning they put a fan in the room which was great substitute. Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely will come again.
