    All the rest was excellent, spacious room, parking free (if no place anymore you can pay outside parking and get refund from the hotel) The service is very good, front desk professional. (just 1/3 of the front desk doesn't speak English...) Great location just above the market. Not far from the waterfalls. Silencious room

    Reception staff very friendly and helpful with Sunny (Sun Ni) being the best. Very close to Ollie Market and convient to take local bus to museums.

    Perfect service of the team. Because my room was not really prepared when I arrived I got another room with a better view outside. Perfect place to reach the falls by walking. Bus Stops in 5 minutes Walking distance with key Bus lines.

    Good choise for someone who don't like touristic spots and looking for a good value for money: very basic but clean. We much appretiated the washing machine with dryer. But sadly in the kitchinette there weren't any kitchen or tableware... Good location (near public tranport stops and Olle market).

    Very large and clean room for excellent value. I had a great view of the volcano from the 13th floor. Staff were helpful in helping me with my delayed luggage
