    The staff were so friendly and from check-in to checkout I was made to feel welcome. I had an issue with my air conditioning unit, I called reception and within 5 minutes someone in the room repairing it. I used the spa facilities and found these very well priced and the experience great. The roof top bar and pool is really good. Breakfast is good with fresh eggs cooked in front of you. All in all a great experience!!!!

    The hotel is clean and tidy. Located near the embassy area and is very convenient. Staff are now and good English. The rooftop infinity pool is fantastic. Great sunset view and we enjoy very much. Thanks.

    Staff are very friendly and helpful, they accommodated my request to check in early by 4 hours from the set check in time. The room was clean and the spa staff are professional.

    Staffs(Front desk, Restaurant & House Keeping) are very friendly, helpful and supportive. Foods are tasty and round the clock available. Money exchange facility is available. Cleanliness and Hygienic. Swimming pool is available with lounge Cafe on 8th floor with good looking view. Easy accessible to super markets. 20 minutes drive to airport.

    Great welcome from receptionist Binita on arrival. She explain everything nicely about hotel and facilities they provide . Room was good but bathroom facilities could be better . I was about to take a shower but there was no towel . I called the reception and room service provided it but would be better if it was already there . I recommend them to put extra toilet roll. Air conditioner doesn’t seems to be working properly as I left to sleep in warm room even when I put air conditioner on for very long time . However I enjoyed 24 hrs room service which was quick. I have to say I enjoyed all the food that I eat on hotel. It was delicious.
