    Really helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location for sights, shops, restaurants and transport. Spacious and comfortable rooms with nice decor and the bonus of a free minibar

    Excellent room size. Beautifully appointed - both style and substance - everything worked! Good lights. Good air con. Space for bags. Flat surfaces. Good shower. Well placed for what we wanted. (It is a very big city so it isn’t “central”, but the area was excellent for eating out, exploring shopping and it was easy to get on an underground/tube/metro to get anywhere slightly further afield.) Staff were attentive and helpful. Free mini bar is a nice touch. Stayed for 5 days and the high standards were maintained throughout our stay.

    Location is perfect. It’s near all the famous and delicious restaurants, close enough to all the cosmetic brands and street food that its no hassle to head back to the hotel, dump your shopping loots and head back out for food or more shopping! It’s also very near the train station and myeongdong cathedral and namdaemun are all walking distances away. Staff are very friendly and helpful, bonus that they are able to communicate in English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Baby cots are also available, however do request for them early.

    Centrally located and great place for shopping and food. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and neat. You can reach from the airport very easily.

    Staff were so accomodating and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. Got shifted from a 3rd floor street room to 6th floor quiet side. It does face a wall but that is about a metre away and still has a big window that opens so that was good. King bed was lovely
