    The location is nice, close to Yongsan station and Electronic City. I reached the Hotel 2 hrs earlier than the check-in time and the staff was considerate enough to provide me a room.

    The Ibis Styles Ambassador hotel is located in a complex called Seoul Dragon City. The airport limousine bus stop is right next to the entrance and runs ~every 30 minutes. Despite the large size, the hotel was very quiet. The location is convenient to multiple bus stops, and the buses in Seoul are very frequent and reliable. The iPark mall and Yongsan train station are accessible from the hotel via a completely covered walkway. All the staff we interacted with understood English and we had no communication issues. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    Location is really good. It is closed to both Yongsan train station and Yongsan subway station. Plus, it is only two stops away from Seoul station too. The room condition was very nice; big and clean. My favorite thing was free sauna! It was wealth to visit.

    Not a lot, due to the lack of friendly efficient staff. Although reception ms J Lee was very pleasant and apologetic upon check out. Ashame she was not reception when checking in.

    We had an issue as the confirmation of the booking we got for 4 people family was with one bed in the room! The staff fixed the issue by putting us in 2 rooms instead so no hard feelings.

    Location is best, accessible to anywhere, Train Station, Shopping Malls. The staff are very helpful and polite. Restaurants on level 7are best and the breakfast menu are excellent. Our room are clean and tidy when we get back.
