I have been travelling for the past 40 years regularly on business and pleasure, stayed in all types of hotels 2 star to 5 star plus leading hotels, 100s of hotels in this period, I would rate this as 3 of the worst I have ever stayed in. Bad, unresponsive service, uncaring is the better word.. For example in the 4 nights I stayed in the place, I asked 5 times for an iron from several differing members of staff, one never came! The breakfast is lousy, no real choice and cheap ingredients, the top floor where they serve breakfast has plastic chairs, and tables and I stopped going after the first visit even though I had paid, it made me feel down to be in the breakfast area. There is no lounge area, no bar, no bell boy to help with luggage, just a second rate, badly managed and operated place, never never again would I stay here.....

Hotel in front of taksim place. Very useful but very noisy.

The location is very good rest it's an average hotel.

The kindness of the persona, specialy Barra and Serin and all amenities. i have loved my room, the situation of the Hotel is great and more....
