    Staff were very accommodating and sensitive to customers' needs. The front desk ensured quick and swift check-ins to properly manage the long queue. The room was very clean and well-kept. The outdoor pool was impressively big and clean, and the lifeguards on duty were vigilant. There was a great variety of food offered during breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay.

    Big room which is big enough for two boys, good service, responsible staff esp in the swimming pool. super nice for outdoor swimming pool. My boys really have fun in there.

    The hotel pool is simply amazing. We choose IC over FS this time as our daughter enjoys swimming so much, we wanted to have options for swimming. It was truly no disappointment and the family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool!

    The hotel location is very good. Very near to Window of World, Small China and China Folk Village. We had enjoyed very good buffet in the morning.
