    The room was very clean, spacious and nice. The bathtub was very big and clean - one of the best I've had. Resort staff were all very nice and friendly. The staff helped us make restaurant reservations and even arranged pick-up transport for us. The resort was located in Seogwipo, very close to many tourists spots in Jungmun and many sightseeing attractions. From here, one can easily visit the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, Camelia Garden, Jusangjeolli Cliff, Jungmun Beach, the Shilla and Lotte Resort, etc.

    The hotel itself is a brand new with spacey rooms and very helpful staff. Wifi was working well. We could always get recommendations from the staff where to eat out.

    The rooms are very large and very clean, the beds are comfortable. Our room had a sea view and a rectangular jacuzzi in our very large bathroom, a small kitchenette and a table with two armchairs (not apt for working with a laptop). The staff was very very friendly and (though remote) there is no problem accessing the hotel with a rental car or a taxi.

    As a quiet get-away by the sea, it was perfect. It is not too far (easy drive) from Jungmun - a busy tourist spot, but far enough away to be out of the bustle. The rooms look out to the sea and have balconies. There are lots of room options, from rooms, to suites, to little houses. Some also come with a spa, some with a little private pool. The hotel pool looked clean and inviting. There was a cafe and a restaurant on site, but the restaurant wasn't operating when I was there. However, it is a short walk into the village where there are restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in staff spoke English and were very helpful and welcoming.

    2인이 같이 이용하기에 충분할 정도로 넓은 객실내 스파가 가장 좋았음. 스파를 하면서 바다를 감상할수있음. 발코니가 있어서 저녁에 바다를 보면서 맥주 마시기 좋았음.

    Unlike many of the hotels that I stayed in on my trip to South Korea, this one by far was the best. The rooms were spacious, clean with an amazing view and the bed was comfortable with nice amenities in the room. The staff were amazing and absolutely helpful. Chankeun (Song) who was the manager made sure that we are happy and comfortable during the stay and his recommendations of sight seeing and places to go in Jeju were spot on. I am more than thankful to him and his team. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Jeju. Also make sure you rent a car the island is quite big.

    The Jeju Scarboro Hotel is a hidden gem on Jeju Island. While a little off the beaten path, this hotel offers exceptional service, views and accommodations. The Premium Spa rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor offer a Japanese style Jacuzzi bath with a beautiful view of the southern coast. The unit offers 2 separate showers as well and a full refrigerator and freezer. The staff is exceptional and fully accommodating. Special thanks to Mr. Song and Hannah for their assistance throughout the stay. They truly make you feel like family! I will be back!

    해변이 보입니다. 예래포구와 가깝습니다. 한적하고 좋습니다. 프라이빗 호텔들이 주변에 많습니다. 편의점이 근처에 있습니다. 도보 5~10분 거리 예래포구 포장마차 무늬오징어회가 쥑입니다. 방 안 욕탕 시설이 완벽합니다.
