    I loved the gated garden area, it gave us a place to unwind, and Alison a barrier from the hustle and bustle of this exciting city. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel at home, the food, and room service excellent.

    Very good location - close to Thamel. Clean And quite spatious rooms with comfortable bed And tolerable bathroom. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff - speaking English fluently, very helpful in getting around the city And arranging transport to Pokhara.

    Ala carte breakfest was really good, staff was friendly, Manager was superfriendly, helped me with all the sightseentrips and with everything I asked.

    This is a solid choice on the edge of Thamel and while there was not an extensive buffet breakfast, the combination of being able to order set breakfasts off the menu and at the same time help yourself as much as you wanted to cereals, bread and fruit made for a fantastic start to the day. My request to have my breakfast charge waived on the morning of my arrival was flexibly accepted as i had not taken breakfast on my stay a couple of weeks earlier due to an early flight. Friendly and attentive staff and heating in the room during winter completed a cosy stay.

    The garden and privacy in the rooms. The hot water was easily available. The rooms were better managed. Ofcourse, being inside the city has advantages and disadvantages. In the prime location of Thamel, it is easily accessible and you can walk down and return. Thamel remain the heart of Kathmandu city and the hotel is in the heart of heart.
