    El trato recibido por parte del personal del hotel. Sobre todo de Don Khamphanh, nos facilitó toda la estancia en el hotel y las reservas de las actividades.

    Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant yummy and not badly priced. Good variety at breakfast. Pool is lovely to finish off the day and watch nightfall. Had a Balinese massage treatment which was great too. Gym was small but sufficient for a mid trip workout.

    The breakfast was super, western and asian choices, and tasteful. People in Kiridara are very friendly and helpful. The smile are sincere and peaceful.

    The pool area is beautiful with lots of space and plenty of day beds for guests. Our room was really spacious with a very comfortable bed. Although the property is out of the centre of Luang Prabang, its location means that the views are beautiful and the free shuttle bus in convenient for getting into the centre in the evenings.

    The rooms were comfortable and the pool was nice with big cabana beds. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    We were met at the airport by the friendliest driver who gave us bottles of water and cool, damp, flannel wash cloths - how nice is that? All the staff at the Kiridara were so friendly, particularly the front office staff and the drivers who take you in the shuttle back and forth to town. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Our room had a little patio out back which looked towards the pool area. The breakfast had plenty of choice and you could eat outside or in. There is a spa in the hotel and I had a lovely massage, the staff there were very friendly. The shuttle was very helpful as getting into the centre of town is a long walk, we never walked it but rather took the shuttle, or a tuktuk. The staff did not mind my daughter and her partner hanging out with us at the pool as it was never very busy. It was nice to have the option of ceiling fan or air con, the room had both. Would recommend this hotel.

    We were upgraded to a suite by surprise which was beautiful, large and really comfortable with an excellent terrace, it was so clean with a coffee machine and gorgeous bed. Pool and view was fantastic too.
