    Desde el primer momento que entras en este hotel sabes que has acertado en la reserva. Instalaciones impecables y modernas y un servicio extramadamente exquisito. La ubicacion es ideal.

    We liked absolutely everything from the staff to the cocktails. We felt like in fairytale there. The design is just amazing. I will never stay in another place in Seoul. L'Escape is now my favourite. Our stay there was emotionally beautiful so I can write the whole poem about our time there. They also don't serve plastic straws in the bar which makes this place even better.

    The room was clean and all the facilities were new. Location is great - close to the main train station, extremely close to subway.

    There should be consideration for Halal food. Meaning understanding to provide non pork or bacon meals. That would be an added value for such a prestige hotel.

    Es un hotel precioso con un personal increíble, un bar/club muy bonito y oscuro para estar solo con tu significativa otra. Definitivamente es clase alta, los precios también reflejan eso.

    The staff were all so lovely and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even bought me a cake to celebrate my birthday!

    房间内的装饰讲究，很有19世纪法国的风格。酒店出门就有地铁口，交通方便；走几步路就到闹市区，逛街购物吃饭很方便。
