Clean, comfortable, warm accommodating staff, good WiFi

The room is large. But the environment is not very satisfactory. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very close to the Mekong River and not far from Mount Phusi and night market.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. A lovely Vietnamese man and his wife and small children. Was very centrally located to the river and the touristy part of town. Could catch boats to all tourist locations with just a walk across the street. Is close to night markets and there are plenty of restaurants along the river. You can sit in the lounge room or outside for a view of the river and the sunset (although a little obscured by the lovely trees). A big plus was the free pick up and drop off at the airport, as well as the free wifi. On the third day they gave us a huge bottle of water instead of the normal 2 small ones. They also provided fruit with breakfast which was a nice touch.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, really close to the market and places to eat and the hotel sorted out our excursions for us which was really helpful.

Minh and Tuyền are the perfect hosts. Great size room with all necessary amenities and beautifully comfortable bed. Great views of the river and outside room balcony area. Perfect location, minutes from the night market and across the road from river. Ample attractions within walking distance. Greeted at the airport and returned upon departure, motor bike rental etc all organised efficiently and with no fuss whatsoever. They also offered availability of shower amenities etc after I'd checked out and before I departed for the airport as I'd gone out for a couple of hours in between. Payment was easy and efficient as were all services. This is my second stay at this premises and I will be returning there again! Wonderful people. I honestly can't speak more highly of their accommodation, it's location and their willingness to help with all. All of which is done with the utmost respect and friendliness. Thank you. I will be seeing you again!

Great hotel to spend time in Luang Prabang, right on the river Mekong, location perfect for sunset and city center. Confortable, nice room, air con, nice staff, Minh is very helpful. And good taste breakfast! I recommand!
