    The property is set in a picturesque location with panoramic views over Luang Prabang. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff made it seem as though nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also the nicest I’ve had in Asia.

    The staff were super friendly and I even got a Birthday cake. The Executive King with terrace room was superb. The pool is stunning, poolside happy hour well priced, breakfast is very good and the free minibus into town was always available. We actually stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it so much we returned to do it again. The terrace is a very nice place to hang out in the evenings. Overall I would give this place top marks.

    Excellent hotel, with spectacular views. Sizeable rooms, very clean. The environment is very quiet. Excellent kitchen, with supplies from own organic farm. Very good breakfast. Very good service and attentive staff. The gardens are well-maintained. The neighbourhood of the hotel is nothing special, but a free shuttle takes you to the town centre in 5 minutes. The large swimming pool is very nice.

    The staff at this hotel are fantastic From the moment you arrive you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. The pool is amazing! Breakfast is excellent quality has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend staying here.

    The pool was a big draw, and fully justified. Very attentive, helpful and well trained staff, but not intrusive. We took full advantage of the complimentary regular shuttle into and out of town (10 minutes on the shuttle). Good varied breakfast (we stayed 7 nights) My wife enjoyed the spa massage, and the fresh milk. I enjoyed the happy hours of cocktails by the pool. The hotel is in an elevated location over the town.

    The rooms were spacious with the little extras like bath robes and slippers, a coffee machine in the room, fresh milk in the fridge, the beds turned down and authentic snacks wrapped in banana leaves left in the room. The staff were exceptional from John the manager, Tarun the assistant manager and all the service staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a beautiful Loatian smile on their faces. The food was delicious and the breakfast was abundant. Truly a memorable stay.

    The breakfast was FABULOUS! The tub was a great bonus (coming from a tub-less life in Cambodia) and the bed was super comfy. The view was great but the balcony wasn't really private at all. It's a 'Refill not Landfill' hotel so they use glass bottles, which I loved; I actually chose to stay here (despite it being a bit out of my price range) because I had read reviews about their environmental efforts. They still need to ditch the plastic butter packets though! :)

    Nos alojamos por una noche en la villa con piscina y fue increíble! La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda! La piscina estaba limpia y era acogedora. Nos encantó nuestra estancia y todos fueron muy amables!
