    La propietaria, es encantadora nos ayudó desde el primer momento a organizar nuestra estancia tanto en Luang Prabang como en parte de Laos, reservar tickets de bus, taxi etc y a nivel personal me hizo el gran favor de poder imprimir a través de unos amigos un documento que necesitaba, parece una tontería pero encontrar un sitio en Luang Prabang para imprimir es muy complicado. Le recomiendo a cualquier persona su estancia aquí.

    1. the lovely managers. 2. the beautiful room. 3. the amenities such as bar fridge, water, breakfast, toilet paper without having to ask, daily room cleaning. 4. the balcony with seating. 5. lovely soft bed. 6. crispy white linen & towels. 7. tasty breakfast with plenty of variety...THE PANCAKES...YUM! 8. great fast wifi. 9. lovely flat-screen TV. 10. Choice of AC or fan depending on your budget & needs.

    Good location, friendly staff, helpful owner, drinking water available all the time, breakfast in several options to choose from, fast Internet, hot water and mini cosmetics in the bathroom.

    I arrived at 10.30pm. The hotel’s staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. My room is clean and tidy with price $10 - no air-condition. I paid $4 to use air-condition. It’s very nice. I had a free breakfast from hotel. In short, I’m very comfortable with this vacation and I will return this hotel soon

    The location of the hotel was great, walking distance from the main attractions. The room was nice, a bit hot since we had only the fan. The breakfast was good with different choices from pancakes to omelette. You can also have free water refill. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the lady helped us booking the boat for Huay Xay and called for us the property in Pack Beng to assure everything was booked properly.

    I booked the room here with my friend for this vacation. This is the second time i come back this hotel. This time, i booked the room through booking.com and the room rate is not included the air conditioner. It is very clear in the description on booking.com. My room has bottle of water, kettle, minibar, fan and breakfast. When i came hotel, they introduced to me once more time what i had and if i need the AC, i have to pay the fee extra 4 USD per night ( it is for my room). I think this price is very reasonable. And i agreed to pay extra. The staffs are very friendly. They try their best to assist you when you asked anything. The breakfast was as quick as posible. It took 10 minutes to waiting for them. Thank Mekong Moon Inn team very much. I and my friend are very happy during the time staying at this hotel.
