    We liked the location and the outdoor area the aircon was cold and the fan helped block out the excessive screaming of small children that live on site

    Great location, but only effective sitting area was the breakfast tables, too hot to sit there for long. Big Tree café next door had a lovely garden and became the default location for us to pass the day, together with another guesthouse up the street. Balcony of our room was lovely to sit on and watch the passing parade, once the sun had dipped a bit in late afternoon early evening. Airport pickup was efficient.

    I booked a king room so it was super comfortable. There was AC and a fan in the room to keep you cool. Everything was clean, own bathroom that also provided some complimentary toiletries to use. Good shower pressure. Safe in the room to use for toiletries. Lovely breakfast in the morning (I recommend the banana pancakes!) that you could eat outside facing the Mekong. Short walk to the main street or the Mekong for river cruises. Had some books in reception that you could read or do bring a book take a book

    Great location, lovely breakfast, terrific view from the room and lovely, friendly, efficient staff. Great laundry service and cleaning of room service.

    breakfast is abundant! staff is really helpful and the scenery of Mekhong River in front of the hotel is verry beautiful.

    Location for views of the river and access to town. Large room with balcony. The property had a nice colonial style.

    the sleeping comfort of the beds, the A/C (silent and well working), lighting of room and bathroom, view from the terrace on the Mekong River. TV is OK (good reception).
