La ubicación es buenisima, cerca del metro y de avenidas principales. El personal no maneja mucho inglés pero tienen plena disposición en ayudar.

The staff don't speak English and we need to use translator and they will try their best to understand us. Very helpful. Metro station is around 600m and we can just walk to the metro. They allow us to rent for small room to bath and reserved a taxi for us to go airport.

The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering and delivering support on every occasion. We were genuinely pampered to, far beyond our expectations throughout the stay. The room was of fair size, and the hotel is located within an 8-minute walk to the subway station, offering cheap, fast and convenient connection to the city center and the airports (as well as the rest of the city via the subway network). The immediate surroundings include an ATM, a pharmacy and a at least two supermarkets, offering both a good selection of produce -- one of them also after 10 p.m. We did not extensively test the restaurants locally, preferring to dine in town, but the one's we've used was good -- and there's a fair choice available within a short walking distance. The price/value ratio is very good, but it would not account for the excellent hospitality of the manager and staff. Should we be going to Shanghai again, we'd definitely pick Men Tang again.

Perfect location if arriving with a late night flight at Pudong Shanghai airport. Direct metro to city center (line 2, 12 stops to People’s Square about 45min)

Breakfast was not included, But the staff were only too happy to point you in the right direction for restaurant, convenience stores etc. Helped plan sightseeing trips, find a laundry to have your clothes cleaned. The warmth and friendliness from all the staff was a little unexpected, but welcomed wholeheartedly. A home away from home...

Facilities were clean, the room was clean. Near the airport. Near Huaxia subway station. Staff can't speak english but communicates well through translator and are nice. Free shuttles to/from airport and disneyland.

I really appreciate when the hotel pick us up in the airport. This is my first time to Shanghai so it takes time to find the pick up place. And when we arrive in pick up place, the hotel car already left. But when we call the hotel, the hotel really make effort to go back to airport to pick us up

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff. We arrived at 5am and they let us into the room so we could sleep for a very fair early check in fee . They even cleaned the room that day. In general everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Close to the airport and direct metro to city center. Nice neighborhood.
