    cama grande, colchón comodísimo. amenities repuestas cada día. limpieza impecable. ubicación no céntrica pero a 1-2 euros del centro en taxi. tele enorme. agua embotellada de cortesía.

    The room was nice. Despite being near a main road the room was silent due to having two layers of windows. This is nice for China where its often hard to have a long lie due to car horns blaring 24 hours a day. The fully automatic Japanese style toilet is totally new to China as well. Air conditioning is excellent.

    In Hangzhou, I continue to enjoy my stay at Mercure Hangzhou West Lake. I was here for 1 night, but it was great. The hotel was newly renovated so the equipment in the room was very new. The staff in the hotel was very friendly all the time. I arrived a little early before normal check in time, but I could leave my luggage in a guarded room so I could go out to see the city. At check in they gave me some tea and yummy sweets. The room was clean and full of modern gadgets. Like a bluetooth speaker, a special phone holder next to the bed and USB charging points for my phone. I also had free bottles of water on the table and free cola and sprite in the fridge. In other comments, I read that they only accepted cash, that maybe changed now because i could pay with my creditcard. Overall I had a really good time at this hotel.
