    Location for short term visitors, local environment with streetside stalls and small cafes. Numerous salons for beauty, hair and massage from foot, back and shoulders. Communication is an issue but not an obstacle as google translate is invaluable, however never underestimate the value of good bartering to get the best deal possible. Streetside hawker market begins early if you are adventurous enough to venture out and generally ends about 10am. Roads are narrow but this does not influence the volume of traffic for both cars and motorbikes.

    The only good thing about staying at this hotel was the friendly and outgoing female manager (eldest one with kids).

    Beds were comfortable, no bed bugs. Although the hotel is old and could do with a facelift, it was affordable for a family.

    The staff is super nice! I loved their approach to a customer. Location is great near to the airport, quite close to the center and amazing local food around.

    The roof restaurant isn't really a restaurant. You phone down to reception and they go get food and drinks for you. Round the corner from the train station and the room was clean and quiet. Great one night stay for an early train

    Great budget level hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they organized trips and taxis for us with no problems. We deliberately chose to stay outside district 1 so that we could experience more of a local experience. The surrounding streets are full of cheap amazing food and fascinating alleyways. Always felt safe and only a short taxi ride to the city. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great.

    Great area for local flavor and proximity to the airport. The bath tub in the room and cable TV were plus points. The nail salon on the roof provided meticulous service at a fab rate; not fancy but very functional. It's a cheap n cheerful find if you want / need to be in district 10.

    Outstanding management lady at the front desk! She helped us with train tickets and even getting new ones as one of us fell sick, so we couldn’t take the originally booked train. Super friendly and reliable!! Large room with fridge and well equipped bathroom. We did their Mekong Delta tour and it was very good value for that price. Would absolutely recommend if you don’t mind staying with locals a bit away from the tourist crowds!
