    The boy behind the desk did his utterly best despite the fact that he only spoke approx. 5 words of english. With no support, no training and no facilities there was little he could have done better.

    amazing view on the mountains, nice surroundings, good location in Vang vieng, spot on the 4th floor for everybody to chill and enjoy the view

    The location was great and the view was fabulous. There was a fridge and safe in the room and the pool was good.

    I have much more about what I didn't like than what I have liked, but first of all I liked the terrace and air conditioner. I was expecting larger terrace but it was pretty small. I liked the 4th floor where was a roof top. I was able to see the view Vangvieng.

    Actually not a lot. Most of the features offered for our Superior deluxe twin room were not existing. The view from the balcony is great and the location is o.k. and in a quiet part of Vang Vieng.

    Staff was helpful, breakfast had less items, Location was good. In day time room will be HOT.

    I could not recomend this hotel at all. Unfriendly staff always on their mobile devices, poor breakfast and noisy nights (especially travellers from Asia are speaking very loudly even in the midnight and they do not use the door knob). The only positive is the view from balcony.
