    A la llegada nos recibió el General Manager, que además estuvo pendiente de nosotros toda la estancia. El Resort es realmente bonito, en una ubicación preciosa. La decoración, la piscina, el restaurante y el gimnasio, localizado detrás de la piscina, abierto, cubierto y totalmente integrado en el entorno. Tienen actividades para disfrutar de la estancia. Y el inolvidable entorno natural del complejo.

    The view is breathtaking and the pool is amazing. We first got the farmhouse which neither had a/c nor a proper path to the house. The manager suggested to change to a standard room instead. We followed his advice and were very pleased with our stay.

    Everything it is 5 stars basically. As I am traveling the world as a journalist for a long time now I know that in hospitality industry what matters more than amenities is the owner/manager. I think the manager here is officially the best manager I have met in all my travels. I was sick the day I arrived, he did not charge me for the shuttle that he sent to pick me up, he upgraded my room and placed me in a heavenly room because I told him it is my birthday on 24th and more importantly he is a great person. Merci, monsieur, god bless you.

    Awesome breakfast, Beautiful nature surroundings, very comfortable room, Lovely and helpfull staff...very refreshing stay. A great place to relax!

    Almost everything was perfect. Special mention to the Manager, Benjamin, he looks after your every need at all time, I don't know how he does it but he is there when you need him. Lots of activities are available close by, Bicycles at your disposal to go around, the swimming pool is nice and the sauna is great, it's on a kind of private terrasse with a view on the river and the forest.

    The view from the window was amazing, the room comfortable, the breakfast great. The best feature of the hotel is its location and the tours offered at the activity area. The front desk staff in the activity area was friendly and really helpful with his recommendations.

    Everything! Felt most at peace, surrounded only by nature including the respectful music from the meandering river, just meters from our terrace. Excellent manager Ben, proactive and proficient. The overall arquitectural design was inspiring and made me think of a utopian village without the bad parts of humans.
