    Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de Thamel. El personal es muy agradable y te apoyan en lo que necesites. El desayuno muy completo. La cama comoda y baño muy limpio. Es una zona muy tranquila.

    It is a really lovely hotel and the front of house staff could not be more helpful. I forgot my vaccination cert and they posted it to my next destination. Rooms are small but perfect, clean and very tastefully decorated.

    Friendly staff, great location relative to the tourist and historic areas of Kathmandu, the ability of the staff to facilitate tours and internal flights (mount Everest flight and back for breakfast....wow). Very distinctive traditional nepali architectural internal finishes with modern facilities built in. Great wi-fi. The restaurant and bar (roof balcony 🥰) top Mark's. I have no hesitation in recommending Nepali Ghar Hotel to anyone coming to Kathmandu that wants some creature comforts in a great location for a very reasonable price.

    Excellent location - walking distance to the heart of Thamel but away from the crowds. The staff was very helpful (e.g. when there was an issue with wi-fi), a late check-out was possible at no additional cost. The hotel also has a decent restaurant with a nice terrace on the top, which is good to grab some dinner or have in-room delivery. In the hallway, there was always a selection of teas and filtered coffee free of charge. Complimentary water bottles were placed in the room every day. Most of all, I really enjoyed the concept, architecture and design of the place, inspired by Nepali handicrafts. Everything - from chairs in the lobby to the shampoos and shower gels - seem to have been sourced from the local craft businesses. A breath of fresh air after the standardised chain hotels that look the same all around the world!
