    The bed was really comfy and the gentleman on the check in desk was really helpful, took me and my bags to the room for me and helped me when I couldn’t lock the door too! Really nice room and hotel

    The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

    For the overnight stay we received a very friendly welcome and with plenty of parking we were set for a wonderful night. The bedrooms are small but have all the extras of a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms are extremely clean again with all supplied.The price is attractive but the only downside we found was the 15 minute walk to the port where there are some great restaurants but there is a good restaurant next door and waffle Beside.We were also supplied glasses for our pre dinner drinks on the patio outside our room. We would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

    Hotel staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Front Desk sandipi who check us  during noon. He was very Helpfuly and accommodating. He recommended some staff to show us around the hotel and pokhara We will recommend Hotel snowland again and again.

    We intented to stay one day but extendend our stay for another 3 days. The hospitality of the friendly and helpful and above all professional staff sandip chhetri was far beyond our expectation. The location is perfect. The hosts were welcoming from the start and mr sandip chhetri welcome us by great smile and throughout our stay they were very pleasant and Helpful. Thank you sandip chhetri ( oyo colleague) for your great service. Namaste
