    The hotel was as our expectation. The area is very beautiful and quiet. We rent a room for 3, and the room was very good, with 2 rooms. Breakfast are only in chinese style, but we can drink coffee and tea. Booking offer for free bike, but it was not possible for us, as we were 3 people, but we can take a bus to go to the west lake, and it was very easy.

    Brilliant place. Nicely decorated. Lovely place for our family with five adults and three children. Very clean and very comfortable. Good place to stay to visit West Lake. Highly recommend this place to others.

    They upgraded us to a better room with views without extra cost as it was available during our stay. The personnel was really helpful. The hotel quality-price ratio is way much more than I expected. The speaker in the room and the chair for reading is just top notch details.
