    Excellent staff and location. Guest relation lady was very professional and helpful. The housekeeping staff Mr. Haki is amazing and hardworking staff and smiling all the time.

    Never saw a good service like that. Staff is always try to improve. If you have any issue or request, they do solve it. Great great services and they really take care of their customers. Thanks for all. If i come back, it will be in this hôtel for sure

    Staff were great sorted our problem out as the original room we got was a smoking room and we did not like it. Spoke to Osman on the desk and he and others got us moved. The Manger for the cleaning staff was excellent she came and ensured that everything was ok and we were satisfied. Location is excellent for everything as Taksim metro station is 7 mins walk. The best thing is that the coach service to the new Istanbul Airport is on the same street as the hotel takes 30 seconds to the coach.

    We have booked 4 rooms with special request ..all our wishes were granted.The staff with the top mangment were always available to check on us .The attention we received was amazing .The room service was more than excellent .The location is excellent .
