    Los dueños super amables, nos ayudaron muchísimo en la planificación de nuestra estancia, mucho mejor que cualquier guía! El edificio nuevo, casi a estrenar, decorado con gusto, elegancia, comodidad. Las bicicletas que nos dejaron las mejores de Laos!

    My husband and me stayed 3 nights in Luan Prabang in Phongkham residence. This B&B is run by couple Mr. Van and his nice vife Mrs. Chanely and they both provided us with the best service and very personal approach. Thanks them we saw many interesting places near the city and spent beautiful time without worry of anything. Mr. Van arranged for us motorbike trip to warefall and springwater, privat boat trip to Mekong - sunset, lend us bicycles for free during all stay with many advices for siteseeing. We are really happy and thankful.

    I had an enjoyable stay here. The room was relatively austere but had nice balcony, a/c, TV, and a comfortable bed. The owners are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is simple yet delicious,

    Beautiful hotel, great bed, lovely balcony, great shower and brilliant breakfast in the morning. Their homemade pineapple jam is amazing. Wan and his wife were so kind and helpful. Couldn't have asked for nicer hosts.

    The staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly and helped arrange transport for me. Breakfast was lovely, especially the homemade pineapple jam. The location was quiet but still a walkable distance to the centre, and the free bikes are a great touch!
