    It’s a clean and comfortable hotel. The receptionist Hannah is kind and help us a lot! She gave us good suggestions because of our limited time. She is so nice. It is a wonderful accommodation experience.We had a good time here!

    Location was great - many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the night market Room was clean, big and comfortable! The staff were extremely helpful - we arrived in the afternoon and were finding suitable activities; the staff would help us liaise with the tuktuk driver and planned suitable activities for us. She was very friendly and helpful! :)

    The room was new, clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was adequate and would have suited the asian taste.

    Nice and quite location, just 10/15 minutes walk from night market and town centre. Our room at the first floor was beautiful, spacious and clean. I liked the big bathroom with separate shower, so you don't get all the floor wet. Breakfast was good with a selection of fresh fruits, pancake and savoury food. Smoothies weren't very good, I tried different fruits and all had the same taste. The only guy who speak English is the one at the reception that was kind and nice. You can rent the scooter or get minivan for different destinations but they we'll charge you more. Overall, we liked stay here and we really recommend! Luang Prabang is absolutely a lovely place, one of the best spot in Laos.

    The friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help, which included taking me on their motor cycle to find an open pharmacy on a Saturday afternoon. Location was great, surrounded by cafes and bars.

    So new and beautiful, the people was really attended and they helped with a lot of things. We need to print something and they printed for us for free, also we could take a shower the last day at 7 pm. The rooms were so clean and big and beautiful.
