El Ramada Jeju City Hotel está situado a solo 650 metros del ayuntamiento de Jeju y a 2,6 km de la estación interurbana de autobuses de Jeju. Este hotel de 375 habitaciones alberga un restaurante, un salón de banquetes y un jardín en la azotea con vistas a las montañas Hallasan.

El animado mercado de Dongmun queda a 2,8 km al norte del hotel y la playa de arena negra de Samyang se halla a 7 km. El Ramada Jeju City Hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche tanto del aeropuerto internacional de Jeju como de la terminal internacional de pasajeros del puerto de Jeju.

    Close to the airport and local bus stop is right in front of the hotel. 7-11 and cafes nearby. Washing/drying facility is handy. Friendly and helpful staff. Best to ask staff to book you English speaking taxi as not easy to get around the island on bus if it’s rainy or you have young kids.

    Rooms were large, clean and tidy. It was handy to have access to a washing machine and dryer and the 7/11 adjacent to the hotel was a bonus. There was plenty of parking however, once you dropped your car off, if you weren't needing it until the next day it was moved by hotel staff into a car stacker. This just meant that when you needed your car, you either had to call reception 30 minutes before you were leaving or wait 5 - 10 minutes while they retrieved it. Not a problem, but just something to factor in. We liked that the hotel was not in the centre of the city as it meant it was easy to access with a rental car. There were plenty of buses though, even at night, which took to you to other parts of the city,

    Not worth the money as the hotel isn’t as advertised. The breakfast was cold. Who wants cold scrambled eggs?! It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from any area of interest and you’ll need to take at least one bus to reach the sea. We also booked the hotel as it was advertised as having a kid zone and we’re travelling with a 2 year old. Come to find out, the kid zone doesn’t exist and they failed to update their Booking profile. Had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. You’ll also need to pay 10000 won per hour if you want to check in early, even though they have a plethora of available rooms. Do not stay here.

    That day we checked in,but my friend found her mobile lost on way here,on taxi.And the hotel woker helped us find back,felt so grateful,Thank you.And a comfortable hotel.

    The hotel was well worth the price. We had a room on the 10th floor and we had 4 adults travelling but still large enough for us to move around. The sheets were crisp and comfortable. Air-con was strong and cool. Basic amenities were provided, except for toothbrushes as the hotel aims to reduce disposables (GOOD ON THEM!) Iron and ironing board were provided upon request. There was also a 24/7 convenience store that was soo useful for our snacking habits!

    I like the cleanliness, location and the convenient store at the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the toilet has automatic bidet.
