    WiFi was very week, Business center computer was horrible and very old, Breakfast was poor, No international hot dishes, No fruits and hygiene was poor (steel staff was full of batches and fingerprints)

    the staff were amazing helpful with insight about places that we can go very responsive to every call and they take action fast the location is amazing easy to escape to the mecca mall , to city mall you can easily find huge hypermarket a beauty salon for men and women next to the location also restaurants so it is soooooooooo convenient to stay there
